1. Client Inquiry

ACCO staff will investigate the customer’s inquiry over email, telephone, office visit, etc. We request for your cooperation in providing accounting documents and the client in-take questionnaire so that we understand the full scope of the engagement.

2. Confirmation of Work Content

We will discuss to confirm with the customer the commissioned work that is necessary and sufficient to solve the problem.

3. Client Quotation

Based on the contents of the confirmed work content, we will prepare an estimate of the cost. Our estimate fee is an approximate fee amount for the current state of the customer accounting.

4. Contract Fulfillment

After confirming the work content and estimate, the work contract will be commence. Agreement on cost may be paid in advance by retainer deposit or invoiced upon work completion. Our staff will provide updates on cost and progress for completed work.

5. Client Company Focus

After fulfillment of the contract, we will start taking care of the accounting and finance work such that client’s can concentrate on their business and growth.
