Job Description:
Due to the growth of our business, Acco Venture Group, Inc. is in demand for the professional services of a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare, analyze, and verify financial documents to provide information to clients. Establish, implement, and maintain clients’ accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Investment, monthly Account/Bank reconciliation, etc. Prepare and maintain other financial records as necessary;
• Prepare monthly financial statements such as profit and loss, cash flow, income statements, and balance sheets to determine or maintain the record of detailing assets, liabilities, and equity to provide accurate information to clients’ management;
• Prepare Corporation Income Tax Return and State Income Tax Return;
• Conduct tax research and prepare yearly and quarterly tax returns for individuals, corporations, and other entities, including preparation of work papers and lead sheets; prepare tax projections and related estimated payments; analyze client information and offer recommendations for reducing client tax liabilities under the supervision of CPA;
• Conduct various financial analysis, e.g., cash flow analysis, monthly financial workbooks, salaries analysis, using Excel spreadsheets to monitor the performance and identify possible errors;
• Ensure compliance with Federal/State laws on payroll accounting and taxes; process weekly, semimonthly, and monthly payroll for U.S. employees of clients; answer employee questions concerning payroll; update general ledger and payroll files;
• Manage bookkeeping, accounting transactions, post journal entries, bank reconciliation and review of other monthly transactions as needed;
• Provide Business License and Registration Service for clients;
• Answer inquiries and Notices from IRS, EDD, FTB, etc.;
• Perform Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with focus on Accounting or Finance. Foreign equivalent is acceptable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail oriented and organized in work.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
