  PDFをデスクトップに保存し、フォームに必要事項を入力してください。入力後、PDFをスキャンした税務書類とともに、accting@gmail.com宛てに添付して送信してください。
• ACCOオフィスへご持参ください
  ご来社の際は、事前のご予約をおすすめします。電子データ（USB）と印刷した書類の両方をご持参ください。
  PDFファイルを印刷し、税務書類と一緒にご持参ください。ご来社の際は、(310) 765-1915までお電話のうえ、事前にご予約ください。
