Contract Process

1. Client Inquiry
Our team will investigate the customer’s inquiry over email, telephone, office visit, etc. We kindly request for your cooperation in providing the necessary accounting documents and the client in-take questionnaire to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the engagement’s full scope.

2. Confirmation of Work Content
We will conduct a comprehensive discussion with the customer to clearly define and confirm the scope of the commissioned work, ensuring that all necessary tasks are included and tailored to effectively address the identified issues. This approach helps to establish clear expectations, prevent scope creep, and ensure that the services provided are both appropriate and sufficient to achieve the desired outcomes.

3. Client Quotation
Following the confirmation of the work specifications, we will prepare and provide a detailed cost estimate. This estimate will reflect an approximate fee, based on our assessment of the current status of the client’s accounting records and the scope of work required. It serves as a transparent projection to help the client understand the expected investment and facilitate informed decision-making before proceeding.

4. Contract Fulfillment
After confirming the work content and estimate, the work contract will be commence. Agreement on cost may be paid in advance by retainer deposit or invoiced upon work completion. Our staff will provide regular updates on cost and progress through the duration of the project.

5. Client Company Focus
After the successful fulfillment of the contract, we will assume responsibility for managing the accounting and finance functions, providing seamless support and oversight. This allows our clients to concentrate on their core business operations, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities without the distraction of day-to-day financial management.
